As a registered nutritionist, I provide evidence-based nutrition advice tailored to your individual needs. Areas of support include:

  • Weight management

  • Gut health and digestive concerns

  • IBS and food intolerances

  • Hormonal health and PCOS/PMOS

  • Stoma nutrition

What should I expect during my first consultation?

Your initial consultation is a comprehensive assessment where we discuss your medical history, current eating habits, lifestyle, symptoms, health concerns, and goals. This allows me to gain a thorough understanding of your needs and develop personalised recommendations that are practical, realistic, and tailored to your lifestyle.

Are consultations available online?

Yes. All consultations are conducted online, allowing you to access professional nutrition support from the comfort of your home.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is required to book an appointment. However, if you have recent blood test results, medical reports, or information from your healthcare team, these can be helpful to bring along to your consultation.

Will I receive a personalised nutrition plan?

Yes. Following your consultation, you'll receive personalised nutrition recommendations tailored to your health goals, medical needs, food preferences, lifestyle, and schedule.

Do you provide meal plans?

Where appropriate, meal planning guidance and access to recipe and meal planning software may be included to help you implement recommendations in a practical and sustainable way.

How many appointments will I need?

This varies depending on your individual goals and health concerns. Some clients benefit from a single consultation and action plan, while others choose ongoing support and follow-up appointments to monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, and make adjustments as needed.

Do you help with weight management?

Yes. My approach to weight management focuses on sustainable lifestyle changes, nutrition education, and long-term habits rather than restrictive diets or quick fixes. Together, we'll explore the factors influencing your health and create realistic strategies that support your goals while improving overall wellbeing.

Can nutrition help improve energy levels?

Nutrition plays an important role in supporting energy, concentration, mood, and overall health. By identifying nutritional gaps, improving meal balance, and addressing lifestyle factors that may be impacting your wellbeing, we can work towards helping you feel your best.

Do you work with people who have digestive issues?

Yes. I provide support for a range of digestive concerns, including stoma & jpouch nutrition, IBS, bloating, reflux, constipation, diarrhoea and general gut health concerns. Recommendations are tailored to your symptoms, medical history, and individual needs.

Do you provide support for hormonal health?

Yes. Nutrition can play an important role in supporting hormonal health, including conditions such as PCOS/PMOS, Endometriosis and insulin resistance. My approach focuses on evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support long-term health and wellbeing.
