Hello and welcome to Live Balance. I am Laura-Jean a registered nutritionist MN.Nutr , qualified counsellor and personal trainer.

I am passionate about helping individuals reach their goals while building a healthy relationship with exercise, food and self. I specialise in hormone health, gut health, stoma nutrition, and sustainable weight management.


With over 9 years experience in the health and wellness space. I take a holistic approach to educate and empower you to live a healthy balanced lifestyle you love.
